Our Story

Lynox Hosting was founded by three individuals who shared a common vision: to create a hosting service that combines the performance of enterprise infrastructure with the care and attention of a small team. We started with home-based servers, physically maintaining every piece of equipment ourselves to ensure the highest quality. Today, we have expanded to include data center infrastructure while maintaining our roots in hands-on hardware management.

Handika - Founder & Technical Director

Handika brings years of experience in server administration and network infrastructure. With a passion for optimizing performance and ensuring stability, he oversees all technical aspects of our hosting platform. His hands-on approach means he personally tests new hardware and configurations before they reach our customers.

Irfan - Founder & Customer Experience Lead

Irfan is the voice of our customers within the team. He believes that great hosting is about more than just uptime—it's about building relationships. Whether answering support tickets or gathering feedback to improve our services, Huda ensures that every customer feels valued and heard.

Huda - Founder & Operations Manager

Huda ensures that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From customer support to server maintenance scheduling, he makes sure that your experience with Lynox is seamless. His background in project management and operations helps us deliver consistent, reliable service day after day.

Some of our servers are hosted in our home facility in Bandung and Cimahi, allowing us to maintain direct physical control. Others utilize data center infrastructure for redundancy and scalability. This hybrid approach gives us the best of both worlds: the personal touch of home-based hosting combined with the reliability of professional data centers.

3. Refund Policy Refunds are only issued if there is a problem originating from our servers that prevents you from using the service for a significant period. No refunds are provided for change of mind, customer error, or issues caused by third-party software or plugins.

4. Prohibited Activities! The use of cracked, nulled, or pirated software (including plugins) is strictly prohibited. Any detection of such software will result in immediate suspension and termination of your account without refund.

5. Account Responsibility You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Limitation of Liability Lynox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
